The Little Clinic, a neighborhood medical clinic that recently opened inside a Kroger store in Suwanee, will have a grand opening event on Friday, Aug. 3, according to a news release.

In-store activities, including free blood pressure, blood glucose and BMI screenings, will be held at the clinic. Healthy refreshments will be served. Customers who receive a screening will get a $5-off $25 Kroger purchase coupon while supplies last. 

The event will be from 11 a.m.-5 p.m, inside the Kroger at 400 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

The Little Clinic locations provide an accessible option for quality, affordable health care for consumers, seven days a week, with no appointment necessary., the news release said.

The Little Clinic locations are staffed with Board Certified Nurse Practitioners authorized to diagnose, treat and write prescriptions for common illnesses such as bronchitis, sinus infections, seasonal allergies and flu. The clinics also provide a wide selection of additional services, such as camp and sports physicals, health screenings, and a number of vaccinations.
