David Noll Jr. of Dalton shot a 4-under-par 66 on Sunday to win the Georgia State Amateur golf tournament by four strokes. Noll's 6-under total of 274 was ahead of William Mitchell of Roswell.
The tournament was played at Cherokee Town and Country Club in Sandy Springs.
Michael Hinnant of Suwanee shot a 7-over 77 Sunday to finish in a tie for 47th at 297. Jeff Amershadian of Suwanee also came in at 77 on Sunday to finish tied for 54th at 299.
