Now that the maps are public, Suwanee schools now know who their representatives are on the Gwinnett school board. The board members' districts were realigned because of the 2010 Census, and are in effect now. No students in the Gwinnett system will change schools because of this.

The biggest change is that Mary Kay Murphy now represents North Gwinnett High and Peachtree Ridge High, and several other schools in the North Gwinnett and Peachtree Ridge clusters.

Daniel Seckinger, District II board representative, will continue to represent Collins Hill High and nearby Lanier High in Sugar Hill.

The Suwanee breakdown:

District III (Mary Kay Murphy): North Gwinnett HS, Peachtree Ridge HS, North Gwinnett MS, Lanier MS, Burnette ES, Level Creek ES, Parsons ES, Riverside ES, 

District II (Daniel Seckinger): Collins Hill HS, Roberts ES, Suwanee ES, Walnut Grove ES.
