The initial session will be in Lawrenceville in April. More town halls are promised.
The Gwinnett Board of Commissioners will begin a series of town hall meetings soon. The first will be held on Tuesday, April 2, beginning at 6:15 p.m. with an open house. A discussion session will be held at 7 p.m.
The initial session will be held at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse, located at 185 Crogan Street in Lawrenceville.
According to a county newsletter, representatives from county departments will be at the open house to answer your questions and discuss services they provide. Beginning at 7 pm, the commissioners invite you to share your thoughts and ideas about Gwinnett services.
Additional meetings will be held soon, the county says.
