An off week did not hurt North Gwinnett in the state rankings. The Bulldogs (2-0) of Suwanee remain No. 5 in rankings by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Georgia High School Football Daily.
Also, Norcross broke into the state Top 10, as the Bulldogs moved to 2-0 with a win over Parkview. Grayson remained No. 1, giving Gwinnett three teams in the Top 10.

That means there will be a big showdown Friday (Sept. 14) in Suwanee. Norcross visits North Gwinnett in a 7-AAAAAA game that will be televised by Georgia Public Broadcasting.
