But which do you think is the best?

Earlier this summer, Suwanee Patch asked readers to nominate their favorite local businesses in several categories. Now we are asking you to choose the best businesses from those nominated (only nominated businesses are listed in the polls, categories with one or fewer nominations are not listed).

Folks, I'm loving all the activity that began Monday. I want to be clear that comments still are welcome. It's just that poll contents are based on nominations that ended July 9.

Steve, quick question for you. I have noticed that when you try to vote online from a pc, it gives you the nominee choices and you vote for one. However if you try to vote and are using a smartphone, there are no nominee choices to select from. Just the comment boxes from the original nominations back in July. Is this where smartphone users vote? By typing in their selections in the comment area? This has caused a little confusion for some of our customers. Thanks.

Audrey, this is a tough one and I am not sure about smartphone voting. There is a smartphone link that says "go to the desktop site" somewhere, and that may help. Easier, of course, if you can simply wait for PC access.
