Traffic reopened about 10 a.m. Friday on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Suwanee after a pedestrian was killed near Suwanee Dam Road.
Catreenia Lee Pinckney, 43, of Flowery Branch was killed while crossing northbound lanes of PIB, Suwanee Police Capt. Clyde Byers said. Reports of the accident began about 6 a.m.
This stretch of PIB is among the most dangerous in Suwanee for traffic accidents, according to police records.
