Suwanee Twisted Taco To Open Friday
The long-awaited sports cantina chain is set to debut at night in Suwanee.
The Twisted Taco restaurant in Suwanee is planning an opening Friday night, June 22, according to a note posted on its front entry door.
Interest has been strong in the exact opening of the eatery, which touts itself as a sports cantina. Entertainment is a part of their offerings, as well as signature taco varieties. It is located on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, near Taco Mac.
For instance, Mark Frank -- who bills himself as "Atlanta's Piano Man -- performed at the Johns Creek Twisted Taco recently, according to Facebook. And the Roswell franchise has allowed patrons to use a mechanical bull.
This will add to the expanding Suwanee dining/entertainment scene. Since 2011, such sites as Moondance Restaurant & Lounge and Tilted Kilt have opened, and Hammerhead Seafood plans to open soon on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
Suwanee Patch will have more coverage of this development.
