You Can Say (Goat) Cheese at Suwanee Farmers Market

A vendor has several flavors to sell to patrons.

A Loganville farmer may not be raising goats any more, but he still manages to get a related product, goat cheese, to market in Suwanee. Mussgenug Dairy Farm of Loganville has 10 flavors of goat cheese that are available to patrons of the Suwanee Farmers Market. A 6 ounce container is $8. According to Michael Boland, who was manning the booth recently in Suwanee, farmer David Moose of Loganville makes the goat cheese by hand. He buys the curd by the bolt from a regional farm, then adds the flavoring himself. Available flavors include "10 pepper" and "garlic basil." Bolton added that Moose, whose farm is in the Briscoe Road area of Loganville, wants to get back to goat farming on a co-op basis. -- What's your favorite vendor at the Suwanee …
