Pilates group mat classes offered daily at ABove Physical Therapy. Classes concentrate on strength, stretch, stamina and stability of the core muscles. All Pilates group classes are mixed level, based on the wants and needs of the clients that attend. Classes are small to ensure everyone gets the personal attention they deserve.
Class Schedule:
Monday: 5pm-6pm
Tuesday: 7am-8am
Wednesday: 6pm-7pm
Thursday: 8am-9am
Friday: 12pm-1pm
Saturday: 10am-11am
Space is limited classes are by appointment only. All mats and props will e provided by the studio. Schedule Subject to change. Please call 770-904-2332
