The statement reads:

DUE TO THE COMBINATION OF DEEP GULF MOISTURE AND THE APPROACH OF AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE...MODERATE RAINFALL IS FORECAST ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA INTO MONDAY AFTERNOON. WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 0.5 TO 1 INCH ARE FORECAST WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE IF HEAVY RAIN REPEATEDLY MOVES OVER THE SAME AREA. ALSO...STORM DRAINS... DITCHES...AND LOW LYING AREAS MAY BECOME QUICKLY CLOGGED WITH DEBRIS AND CAUSE EXTENSIVE STREET FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.

Patch will post necessary updates
