You know Halloween is near when pumpkin patches start popping up.
For instance, at a shopping plaza on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, there's a rather large "pumpkin" -- a bounce house, actually -- and a shopper's lot full of regular-sized pumpkins.
Yes, Halloween is near, and that means plenty of opporunities to show pumpkin artistry, scary or otherwise.
