Visions for Vacancies: What Should Go in This Suwanee Strip Mall?

Old Town Village sits more than half empty. Share your ideas.

It's still something of a familiar sight in Suwanee: vacant commercial real estate space.

A strip mall on Scales Road in Suwanee, near McGinnis Ferry Road and on the edge of Old Town, sits more than half-empty. Four of the seven suites are vacant, with one of the filled ones occupied by a church.

Subway and Cooley's Pizza are the only commercial businesses currently operating in the Old Town Village center. It sits unusually far back from busy McGinnis Ferry, between Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Buford Highway.
