What Do You Think of Suwanee Medians?
Landscaping has been going on along Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
Many motorists have noticed landscaping work going on in roadway medians in Suwanee recently.
Workers have been planting trees, shrubs, and colorful flowers in medians along Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Suwanee Dam Road.
The work initially was authorized in 2012. However, the vegetation did not immediately start growing, and so new efforts were needed.
City Planning Director Josh Campbell said that the idea is to "meet Suwanee goals, to make you feel you are someplace special."
