Suwanee Day 2013 Parking, Shuttle Info
Traffic and parking will be a challenge, so check these offsite options.
Heading for Suwanee Day 2013 on Saturday (Sept. 21)? Better make parking or transportation plans now.
The city's annual mega-fest will begin at 9 a.m. with a parade, and parking at Town Center will disappear in a hurry. The event annually attracts about 50,000 visitors, according to the Suwanee Day website.
According to a city news release, there are various off-site parking and free shuttle options. They are:
- Shadowbrook Baptist Church: 4187 Suwanee Dam Road;
- Shawnee North Business Center: 305 Shawnee North Drive (at Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road);
- Southeastern Freight: 3655 Windsor Park Drive (near the intersection of Buford Highway and McGinnis Ferry Road. Enter from Buford Highway only).
