Suwanee Music Barn To Hold Benefit on July 28

Everett's Music Barn, the iconic Suwanee bluegrass performing site, will be holding another fund-raising event featuring special musical performers Saturday (July 28).

According to the music barn's Facebook page, the Support The Barn event will have two guest bands, as well as the Everett Family Band. Also, hamburger/hot dog plates will be for sale for this event. Donations for the event are $15.

Guest bands will be Counterpoint at 7 p.m. and Coaltown Dixie, an all-girl bluegrass band from Kentucky, at 9 p.m.

Everett's Music Barn has been under Gwinnett-based ownership since 2011, and the new owners have been trying to raise the facility's profile locally. at the property.

This and all performances at Everett's Music Barn are alcohol-free events. Also, weekly Saturday night events still are a tradition.

The music barn is located on Stonecypher Road in Old Town Suwanee.
