Barbecue, Suwanee Style

Jim 'N Nick's offers good taste and healthy portions.

Every region in the South has its own idea of what barbecue really is. From mustard base to vinegar base, slow cooked, hickory smoked and other options, Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q is made with Southern tradition in mind. Everything is made from scratch at home, from the pie crust in the dessert to the meat that has been smoked 14 hours.

The food portions at Jim 'N Nick's blow their competitors out of the water. Food comes out plentiful and delicious each and every time.

From pulled options to whole spareribs and chicken, the meat at Jim 'N Nick's comes in a variety of forms. For those days that you and your family are busy with activities, Jim 'N Nick's offers a drive-thru with options such as family meals, kids meals and more. It is a great alternative to fast-food options.

The wait at Jim 'N Nick's is never long. It took us less than 10 minutes to be seated and about 10 minutes to receive our food to enjoy. Meat is moist and tender, and the homemade freshness can be tasted in each bite of cheese biscuit, spiced apples, and macaroni and cheese.

Jim 'N Nick's is a little off the Suwanee beaten path. It is located on Old Peachtree and Satellite Boulevard near the Home Depot and I-85. While this may several miles from the heart of Suwanee, it is a location worth taking the time to visit.

As Jennifer Beam of Suwanee points out, "Jim 'N Nick's gives real Southern food at a really good price."
