Cooking Class with Executive Chef Todd Paige
Due to overwhelming response we are bringing our cooking class series back. This time YOU will do the cooking!
Classes are limited to 20 people and will be held in the Moondance kitchen. You will learn directly from Executive Chef Todd Paige and Pastry Chef Paul Raiz. Classes will be held from 3:30pm - 5:30pm including instruction time as well as time to eat what you prepared.
Class 1: August 26 : Lentil Stew and PEI Mussels in a delicate cream sauce

Class 2: Sept 9th: Spinach Salad with warmed balsamic dressing and Sauteed Salmon
Class 3: Sept 16th: Creme Brulee and NY Style Cheesecake taught by our Pastry Chef, Paul Raiz

What to wear: rubber soled shoes, hair tied back, no excess jewelry (ie dangle bracelets, etc).
