House Hunt: Five Neighborhoods in Suwanee

Five homes, all priced between $300,000 and $400,000

Suwanee contains some of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Gwinnett County.  With so much to offer by way of culture, shopping, restaurants and excellent schools, it is easy to understand why.  You can enjoy the conveniences of our area living in a variety of price ranges and communities.  This week’s House Hunt takes a closer look at five homes in five subdivisions throughout Suwanee.  All are priced between $300,000 and $400,000.  Click on the address link to view all the details of that particular property.  Happy Hunting!

1.  5250 Harbury Lane  $359,900
