Suwanee Real Estate: Price Reduction Update

Five homes are reduced for quick sale.

Since the holiday shopping season is now in full swing, it is a good time to check on recent price reductions in the housing market.

Most often, these homes have been reduced to encourage new buyers to take a closer look, the desired result being a quick sale. This can translate into a lot of home for your money.

This week, House Hunt showcases five homes like this in Suwanee. All total, these homes have been reduced $80,000 from their original market prices. Click on the property link for the details of that particular property.
