House Hunt: Price Reductions in Suwanee

Five homes are on the market that have a reduced asking price.

Frequently, homes that have been on the market for a period of time are reduced in price in order to remain competitive in the real estate market. This could mean a great deal for you as a potential buyer. This week's House Hunt takes a look at five such homes in Suwanee, all now priced from $250,000 - $150,000.
