How Did Dillard's, Tilted Kilt, Applebee's Score on Health Checks?

Suwanee restaurant inspections: Here are some recent checks.

Here are some recent health inspections of Suwanee restaurants by the Gwinnett Health Department:

  • Tilted Kilt: The restaurant on Satellite Boulevard near I-85 scored a "97/A" rating in an inspection on May 7. A violation was noted:

Observed potentially hazardous food being held pass (sic) manufacturer use by date. Person in charge discarded items. Advised PIC can not cold hold items past manufacturers use by date. Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

  • Dillard's: The iconic eatery at Buford Highway and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road scored an "82/B" on May 7. Among the violations noted:

Observed ice machine, fryer baskets and dicer no (sic) clean to sight and touch. Person in charge cleaned equipment. Advised PIC must keep all food contact surfaces to sight and touch.  Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.

Foods in a container or package that are not adequately date-marked not being discarded. PIC marked items. Advised PIC must date mark food in container or package not being discarded.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

  • Applebee's: The restaurant on Celebration drive scored a "100/A" on May 7. No violations were noted.
