More New Restaurants Planned for Suwanee

The former Porto Bello is slated to change, according to city documents.

Suwanee, get ready for still more new restaurants.

An eatery called Segreto plans to open in the former Porto Bello location, and the Los Cabos Mex Mex Grill is eyeing a location on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, according to alcoholic beverage applications with the City of Suwanee.

City staff has recommended approval of the licenses, and they could come up for a vote as soon as the May City Council meeting.

Segreto licensees would be Robert E. Mason and Wanda D. Mason, who have acquired the Porto Bello site on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. Los Cabos would be at 360 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Suite 101-B, and the licensee would be Fernando Leon.

Recently, Friends Suwanee Grill and Uptown Grille have opened in or near Town Center in Suwanee.
