New Business Apparently Planned for Familiar Suwanee Site
Construction is going on in the former Wallace Reed Music site on PIB.
A site that once housed a familiar Suwanee business apparently is in line for a new tenant.
A suite in a shopping plaza at 1000 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard (at McGinnis Ferry Road) is busy with construction. The suite once house Wallace Reed Music, but has been vacant for years. Publix is the anchor tenant.
It will be the second new business in that plaza since October. Hallmark Cards opened in the area that once hosted Once Again Kids.
