Suwanee Real Estate: Homes in the $200,000's

As the number of homes on the market increases this time of year, it can become more and more time consuming to find the perfect fit for your family. One of the most common searches we do for potential buyers is for homes between $200,000 and $300,000.

There are currently about 300 homes on the market in Suwanee, and close to 100 of them are in this popular price range. This week, Suwanee Real Estate takes a close look at five such houses.  Click on the address link for all the details of that particular property.
