Dog Day Afternoon in Suwanee
Woofstock returns to Town Center Park on Saturday. People are welcome, too.
Parker, the City of Suwanee canine mascot, will feel right at home Saturday in Town Center Park.
Canines will rule as Woofstock, the annual pet extravaganza, returns to the area. Dog demonstrations and contests, pet adoptions and vendors, live music, food vendors and a beer garden, and even a pet spa will be among the attractions, according to a city news release. Hours are noon-7 p.m.

Among the attractions: Ultimate Air Dogs will bring its dock jumping show. Participating dogs will jump from a dock into a pool of water. Dogs interested in participating - or their owners - may sign up onsite or online by clicking the "Events" link at www.ultimateairdogs.com
Other fun events include biggest dog contest and owner/pet lookalike contest. (See the attached video and photos.)
