Community Update

This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with in 36 years. I had, what I believe, a fairly simple order for some embroidering and I live quite a distance from the business so I was mainly speaking to them by phone. I had a special logo that I needed duplicated and it needed to be a certain way and they claimed it would be no problem. long story short, I had to call repeatedly to babysit the order, because the lady I corresponded with would never answer or return my phone calls. Finally I got yelled at by an employee that, sounded drunk to me (after business hours) claiming that I was calling too much about an order that was I quote :
"Such a small order, compared to the normal orders they get." Yet it took them more than 1 12 weeks to get started on the 2 items I ordered. ??? Anyways after a proof that resembled a correct logo they finally embroidered the item with the wrong stitching, which I'm convinced was done deliberately. But in the interest of severing ties quickly, I just took my items and when asked for some type of compensation or discount for their obvious error I was stone walled by the manager. This Business is one of the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.
