Cops: Man Poses as Doctor at Clinic - Douglasville Patch

A Douglasville man allegedly posed as a doctor at his Smyrna clinic and sexually battered a woman who went to the clinic last month for a required immigration physical, according to a Cobb County criminal warrant.

Patrick Ikponmwosu Ogbebor was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery and practicing medicine without a license.

According to the warrant, a woman went to the Mosthouse Lab Test & Healthcare Clinic on Feb. 21 to have an immigration physical, but Ogbebor "went far and beyond the standard set up by USCIS, Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record" when he administered a mammogram and a pelvic exam.

A "big" house party Saturday night in Rydal attracted the attention of multiple neighbors, who complained, and sent some 30 people, mostly local and area teens, to jail on criminal trespass charges.

Authorities were called to the Indian Springs Drive home in Rydal shortly before midnight and found about 20 cars parked outside, a lot of alcoholic drinks lying around the home and a large amount of suspected marijuana in the refrigerator, according to the Bartow County Sheriff's Office incident report.
