Georgia SPCA Run for the Rescues 5K, Fun Run & Fesitval

The 3rd Annual Georgia SPCA Run for the Rescues 5K, Fun Run & Festival, will be held on March 23, 2013, at Suwanee Town Center Park.  The Festival will be open 8:00AM to 4:00PM.  The Fun Run will begin at 8:30am and the 5K Race will begin at 9:15AM. Please bring and run with your dogs.  We will have vendors, food, beverage, children's area, pet contests, raffle prizes all day, demonstrations, etc.....the awards for the 5K will be in age groups 3 deep.  Overall M/F, Master's M/F, top 3 dogs in 5K win a trophy.  All dogs particiapting in the races will receive a bandanna adn all people in the Fun Run will receive a medal.  Registration is open on Active.com for the 5K and Fun Run. 

This is a wonderful family event and in 2013, we have added the Fesitval.  We have wonderful sponsors and one of them, B98.5FM, will be there playing music all day - bring your requests.
