Suwanee Real Estate: Homes Between $200,000-$250,000

Even in today's market, you can get quite a bargain for your housing dollar if you know where to look. Price is the main factor for almost all potential buyers and something potential sellers consider carefully when putting their home on the market.

There are currently about 200 homes on the market in Suwanee, and 36 of those listings are priced between $200,000 and $250,000.
