Suwanee Real Estate: Homes Under $175,000

This week's column will focus on homes that are on the market for below $175,000. These typically smaller, often ranch style, homes are perfect for a newlywed couple, empty-nesters or as an investment opportunity. Usually a three bedroom, two full bath style home, this lower price point can still feature amenities and upgrades perfect for any family.
