New to Suwanee

Hi Suwanee Residents!  My name is Jennifer.  I've been living in Georgia for 5 months and just moved to Suwanee right before Thanksgiving.  My family and I are from Florida & New York.  I've heard/read so many wonderful things about Suwanee and am looking forward to meeting new friends and settling in to our new life.

Welcome to Suwanee! This is a wonderful place to live and I am sure you will find what you are looking for. Many people here are transplants from other areas of the country and other countries. People are very helpful here as well. I hope you have a lovely Christmas in your new home!

Hi JLB! Thank you for the warm welcome. How about some warm weather? Whatever happened to Hot-Lanta? Oh my it's cold here. I'm sure I'll appreciate the warm weather more now. Christmas was awesome. I hope yours was too!. The new home is great (still unpacking but great nonetheless). Thanks again!

My family and I have lived in Suwanee for over 3 years. It is a terrific place. We had been visiting for the past 15 years since we already had family in living here and finally was able to move. We have two boys and I will tell you the way we have met so many wonderful people is through local sports. If you have kids and they are active in sports, you will meet a lot of great people. If not, Suwanee has a lot of local activities that take place at Suwanee Town Center which is alive and active during the Spring and Summer.
