North Gwinnett, Collins Hill Projected for Football Playoffs (VIDEO)

The Bulldogs of Suwanee have a homecomiing game Friday.

It's a special weekend for high school football in Suwanee. And as the 2012 season winds down, it's looking like the city will have multiple playoff participants again.

North Gwinnett (6-1, 3-1) will have its homecoming game Friday (Oct. 19) in Suwanee, as it hosts Habersham Central.

Collins Hill (4-2, 3-1), which suffered its first region loss to Norcross last week, will try to rebound at Meadowcreek. Peachtree Ridge (3-4, 3-2) is idle.

The playoffs begin the weekend of Nov. 16-17, and Georgia High School Football Daily has projected that North Gwinnett and Collins Hill will be among the 7-AAAAAA teams participating.

The newsletter says region leader Norcross will be the top seed, and that Mill Creek will be the No. 3 seed. Four teams from each region qualify for the playoffs.
