North Gwinnett Girls Win; Suwanee Boys Teams in Action Wednesday

State tournament play opens. Share your predictions.

The North Gwinnett girls basketball team had an easy time Tuesday (February 19) in its state tournament opener.

North coasted past Lambert High, 67-30, in Suwanee. North will host the winner of Wednesday's Archer-Etowah game on Friday at 7 p.m.

Joshlyn Belcher led North with 17 points.

On Wednesday, the Peachtree Ridge and Collins Hill boys will be in action. Peachtree Ridge hosts Centennial, and Collins Hill travels to Alpharetta. Both games are at 7:30 p.m.
