North Gwinnett Now No. 9 in AAAAAA Ranking

An idle week hurt North Gwinnett in the latest statewide AAAAAA football poll.

The Bulldogs of Coach Bob Sphire now are No. 9 in the latest poll by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, dropping from No. 7.

Moving up in the ranking was Parkview, which beat Gwinnett rival Brookwood last Friday. Norcross, which defeated North on Sept. 14, remained at No. 3.

This Friday (Oct. 5), the Bulldogs host 7-AAAAAA rival Duluth. Also, Collins Hill visits Peachtree Ridge in a Suwanee showdown.
