A leading newspaper in battleground state Wisconsin is among those doing an about-face from 2008. Share your thoughts.

Newspaper endorsements of presidential candidates always have gotten a lot of attention, and so it is in the ultra-close 2012 election.

With one day to go, GOP challenger Mitt Romney can claim some momentum in the journalist sector. Eight leading swing-state newspapers have switched from President Obama to Romney in 2012, according to poynter.org, which tracks the media industry.

And overall, Romney leads Obama in endorsements from swing-state newspapers.

In Florida, always a crucial state, Romney leads 7-2 in newspaper endorsements. Ohio is split 4-4 -- talk about close!

How do you endorse a man who out right lies about GM and Chrysler. He stood up and lied to the people of Ohio about jobs being sent overseased to China. And your comfortable with endorsing someone like this.

jobs are being sent overseas.....know why.......obama taxed tires from china....china retaliated and taxed automobiles from the US.......as a result the automakers now have to build plants IN china in order to be able to sell their vehicles there at a competitive price thus eliminating lots of potential jobs here in the US
