Suwanee Gas Prices Drop Below $3 Again
The price level has not been seen since mid-year. Share your thoughts.
As the 2012 holiday travel season begins, Suwanee motorists will get a present: gas prices below $3.
A check with Georgiagasprices.com on Thursday (December 20) showed seven stations with a low reported price of $2.99. It's the first time since June that prices have dipped below the $3 mark; also, a year ago at this time, the price was below $3.
There also has been pain at the pump. In late August, the price soared to a 2012 high of $3.89. The current price in Suwanee is well below the national average of $3.21 (according to aaa.com).
