PRO GOLF RETURNS TO GWINNETT: Chiefly for economic sponsor reasons, Gwinnett has been without a pro golf tourney since 2008. However, the PGA Champions Tour will make a stop at TPC Sugarloaf in April 2013, with Mitsubishi Electric of Suwanee as a sponsor.

LINGERIE FOOTBALL IN GWINNETT: Women in lingerie -- and football gear -- plan to tee it up at the Gwinnett Arena in 2013. The Lingerie Football League also has a "name that team" effort going, and promises open tryouts.
