Man Accused of Dozens of Metro Burglaries, Including 10 in Suwanee

Erick Dominguez-Ramirez may be connected to more than 40 burglaries in north metro Atlanta.

A 35-year-old Gwinnett man is charges in dozens of burglaries around Atlanta, including 10 in the City of Suwanee.

Erick Dominguez-Ramirez of Gwinnett County, was taken into custody on Friday, March 29, by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in connection with at least nine different business burglaries there.

According to Forsyth County Sheriff Duane K. Piper, Dominguez-Ramirez of Gwinnett County, was arrested following an extensive investigation involving the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Gwinnett County Police Dept., Suwanee Police Dept., Duluth Police Dept. and Johns Creek Police Dept.

Corporal Kris Hall, the lead Forsyth County investigator in the case, said the burglaries in Forsyth County began on Aug. 16, 2013 through the March 22 burglaries.

“We believe he has been involved in as many as 43 burglaries within the Forsyth, Gwinnett, Johns Creek, Duluth and Suwanee jurisdictions,” Hall said in a statement. 

Hall added that Dominguez-Ramirez is facing charges in relation to six burglaries in Gwinnett County, 10 in Suwanee, two in the City of Duluth and five in the City of Johns Creek.
