“I drank a beer two days ago. That’s it,” he said.

The officer asked if he had taken any drugs.

“I smoked a bowl of meth last night,” he said.

The officer asked him what day it was.

“He told me Friday,” the officer wrote in the report. “Today was Sunday.”

The man was fidgety and continually talked to himself during the interview, the report stated. His pants kept falling off as he stumbled in the road. He was cursing loudly.

Police learned there were other complaints of the man in the area. He was arrested or disorderly conduct.
