FALCONS' TURNER CHARGED WITH DUI: A postgame celebration led to problems for Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner overnight on Tuesday. He was stopped for speeding on I-85 in Norcross, and the arresting officer then found enough evidence to charge the Suwanee resident with DUI. His blood-alcohol level was 0.109.

OBAMA CAMPAIGN POSTER: A development in the presidential campaign struck a nerve locally. A campaign poster for sale on President Obama's website features the American flag with the Obama-Biden logo replacing the stars.
