Suwanee Police Blotter: Aug. 12
The following arrest information was supplied by the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department and Suwanee Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
Elicia Angela Gallop of a McGinnis Ferry Road address in Suwanee was booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center on Thursday. Charges were battery and cruelty to children in the third degree.
Gallop was arrested by Suwanee Police. It was a family violence case with children present, which accounts for the cruelty charge, said Suwanee Police spokesperson Capt. Clyde Byers.
Gallop was released on bond Thursday. Further details are not available.
