The boys and their father were found Saturday in Austin, Texas, after an Amber Alert was issued earlier in the week. The boys' father, Daniel Cleary of Roswell, had failed to contact their mother, Theresa Nash of Suwanee, on December 22, as mandated by their custody agreement.
According to media reports, people at a motel in Austin, Texas, spotted the boys and their father, and notified police. The father is in custody, and the mother was en route to Texas to reunited with her sons.
