“Considering all of the exciting things happening with information, technology, and library activities— not to mention how busy our buildings are serving as community commons— strategic planning is important now, more than ever!” explained Gwinnett County Public Library Executive Director Nancy Stanbery-Kellam.

“This survey provides a unique opportunity for the library to see the opinions of our community as a whole.  It helps us know more about what people need from the library now, and how we can adapt for those needs as they change.  Our strategic planning process depends upon these insights as we plan for future library services.”
