Newt Gingrich said it in Suwanee on Saturday: He accused President Obama of vioating the U.S. Constitution.

He's not the first politician to say it, and he won't be the last, especially in an election year. And with the Georgia primary coming up on March 6, and the general election in November, the political rhetoric will really heat up.

By the way, it specifially prohibits Congress from "prohibiting the free exercise (of religion)." Guns? The Second Amendment specifically says: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
