SPEAK OUT: Burnette's Baby Picture; Share Your Thoughts

Everyone knows that Suwanee Mayor Jimmy Burnette is home-grown. He is a lifelong resident who is a business owner and longtime member of City Council before being elected mayor last November.

As such, there are a lot of memories that go along with that, and some now are surfacing. During his State Of The City address in January, he remarked that his grandchildren now can play in the Big Splash fountain, unlike him playing in Suwanee Creek as a youth.

But there's more. Now some baby pictures are out there, thanks to the recent issue of Crossroads, the city's official newsletter. The attached pic shows the mayor doing some yard work in his toddler digs.
