Suwanee Ranked No. 3 Nationally for Raising Children

Kiplinger rates the city high in livability, safety and income.

Suwanee, which previously has ranked well nationally in livability, has cracked another top list -- for best cities to raise children.

The city has been ranked No. 3 nationally by Kiplinger magazine online in an article titled "10 Great Cities To Raise Your Kids." Only Richland, Wash., and Omaha, Neb., ranked higher.

"Suwanee sits in Atlanta's moneyed northern suburbs: Think big yards and small crime rates. The town's highly regarded schools make it a particularly good place for raising children," read the Kiplinger info on Suwanee.
