Thanksgiving Hours for Gwinnett Offices, Trash Pickup
The holiday means some trash collection will be pushed back, and county offices are closed. Also, Suwanee City Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday.
Essentially all Gwinnett County offices will be closed on Thursday, November 22, and Friday, November 23, in observance of Thanksgiving. Only those necessary for the comfort and safety of residents will be open.
Also, Suwanee City Hall will be closed on Thursday and Friday, according to the city's website.
A Magistrate Court judge will be available on those days at the Gwinnett County Detention Center.

Trash and recycling pickups will be postponed for the holiday as well. Pickups scheduled for Thursday will take place Friday, and Fridays pickups will happen on Saturday.
County offices and trash pickup will return to regular hours on Monday, November 26.
