Extended holiday vacation begins Monday for Suwanee students.
The pain of final exams gives way Friday to an extended break for students in Gwinnett public schools.
The Christmas break begins Monday, Dec. 19, and continues through Jan. 2 for local students, and classes are scheduled to resume Jan. 3.
