School has officially started for Suwanee students. School buses are on the road, kids are dressed to impress, and activities have restarted for the school year.
I have four kids, it can be easy to turn into the taxi mom. Drop one child off at ballet, pick the other up from gymnastics before getting home for a quick dinner and heading back out. So many activities means that home time is spent conquering school work.
By the end of the week, children are exhausted and may already be counting down to their first break.

In our family, the return to activities means nights full of carpooling and using the minivan as a taxi. Somewhere during the day, I reminisce about how much was done during the summer, like trips to the pool, vacations, and park dates. During my memories, I also come up with at least 30 things that I had planned to do and never completed.
